Eligibility 

The Give Away Guys membership is open only to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Give Away Guys, its agents, and individuals professionally associated with Give Away Guys. 

Subscription 

Subscription to our membership services is subject to payment. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly, or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription. At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it. Give Away Guys reserves the right to cancel subscriptions, if necessary, without prior notice. 

Subscription Registration 

To become a member of our website and access the subscription services, you can sign up by visiting our website at www.Give Away Guys.uk. During the sign-up process, you will be required to provide your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Membership subscriptions are subject to payment, as outlined in Clause ‘Subscription.’ 

Promotions and Special Offers 

General Provisions: The Company may, from time to time, introduce promotions and special offers (“Promotions”) available to both new customers and existing members. These Promotions are subject to these Terms and Conditions, except as explicitly modified by the promotional terms.

Sign-Up Promotions: Exclusively available to new customers. Specific terms and duration outlined in promotional materials.

Member-Exclusive Offers: Exclusive offers for existing members, possibly restricted by membership level. Terms and duration specified at the time of the promotion.

The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any Promotions at any time without prior notice.

Promotion abuse may lead to revocation of the offer or cancellation of the membership.

Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit. 

Giveaways 

Give Away Guys hosts various giveaways separate from our website-based competitions. These initiatives aim to engage our community and provide opportunities to win exciting prizes under clearly defined conditions.

Eligibility:

Participants must be residents of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old.
An active Give Away Guys account is required at the time the giveaway concludes to qualify for any prizes.

Prize Determination:

Cash Prize: Subscribed members and free account holders who have topped up within the last 30 days prior to winning will receive the prize in cash.
Credit Prize: Free account holders who have not topped up in the last 30 days will receive their prize as non-withdrawable site credit.

Prize Claiming and Notification

Winners must claim their prize within 48 hours of the announcement. Failure to claim within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Winners will be notified through the platform they used to enter the giveaway. It is the responsibility of participants to monitor their entry platform for winner announcements.

Intellectual Property and Publicity

By participating, entrants grant Give Away Guys an irrevocable, perpetual license to use any content submitted during the giveaway for promotional purposes.
Winners agree to the use of their names and images for promotional activities without additional compensation.

Compliance and Changes to Terms

Giveaways comply with the specific rules of the platforms on which they are hosted.
Give Away Guys reserves the right to modify the terms of the giveaways at any time. Participants will be informed of any significant changes.

Data Protection

Personal information collected during giveaways will be handled in accordance with Give Away Guys’s Privacy Policy. 

User Accounts 

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

For secure access to the Service, we employ a magic login system. Upon attempting to log in, a secure link will be sent to your registered email address. This link allows for a password-free login experience. You must ensure that your email account is secure and only accessible by You, as the magic login link provides direct access to your account on our Service.

You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of Your account. 

Limitation of Liability 

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service, any user conduct, or from the unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 

Cancellation 

You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting us at customerservice@Give Away Guys.uk. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period, and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period. 

Complaints 

If you have any complaints, please email us at [email protected]. We will investigate the complaint and provide a written response within 28 days. 

Dispute Resolution 

Before resorting to court proceedings, you and the Company agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations. In the event that these negotiations fail to result in an agreement, disputes will be submitted to arbitration as outlined herein, except where prohibited by law. 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability 

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Terms will continue in effect. 

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes in advance through your provided contact information or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 

Entire Agreement 

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Subscriber and Give Away Guys regarding the membership subscription services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. 

Refunds 

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company. 

Exclusive Discounts and Deals for Premium Memberships 

The Company, through agreements with third-party vendors, offers exclusive discounts and special deals (“Member Deals”) to subscribers of our Premium level subscribed members. These Member Deals are subject to additional terms and conditions as specified by these vendors. The Company is not responsible for the provision, quality, or fulfilment of any discounts or deals offered by third-party vendors. The availability of Member Deals is subject to change and may depend on the terms of our agreement with third-party vendors. 

Social Media Competitions and promotions 

Give Away Guys regularly hosts competitions on various social media platforms (“Social Media Competitions”) to engage with our community. Participation in these competitions is governed by the following terms, which apply in addition to our General Terms and Conditions.

Age and Residency:  

Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of areas where such competitions are permitted by law.

Account Requirement:  

Entrants must have an active Give Away Guys account and follow Give Away Guys’s official social media accounts to be eligible for participation.

Competition Announcement:  

Specific details regarding entry requirements, prizes, and timelines will be clearly outlined in the competition announcement on the respective social media platform. Valid Entries: To be considered valid, entries must comply with the specific instructions provided in the competition announcement, including any requirements for comments, shares, likes, or other engagement metrics as specified.

Claim Period:  

Winners will have seven (7) days from the announcement of winners to claim their prize, after which the prize may be forfeited.

Verification:  

Winners may be required to verify their eligibility by providing additional information or documentation to Give Away Guys, including proof of age, residency, and ownership of the Give Away Guys account.

Prize Allocation:  

Prizes, including site credits or other awards, will be allocated to the winner’s Give Away Guys account within a reasonable timeframe following the successful verification of the winner’s eligibility.

Non-Transferability of Prizes:  

Prizes awarded through Social Media Competitions are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives or substitutions will be offered, except at Give Away Guys’s discretion. 

Publicity:  

By participating in Social Media Competitions, winners agree to participate in promotional activities related to the competition, including the use of their names and likenesses for advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Compliance:  

Participants must ensure their entries do not violate the terms of service of the social media platform used for the competition. Give Away Guys is not responsible for entries not received due to limitations of the social media platform or incorrect user submissions.

Discretion:  

Give Away Guys reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend Social Media Competitions should a virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, or other cause beyond Give Away Guys’s control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the competition.

Liability:  

Give Away Guys will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting directly or indirectly from participation in Social Media Competitions, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, or any technical errors that may affect a participant’s ability to enter. 

Governing Law 

These General Terms and Conditions, along with all additional terms related to specific features, competitions, and services offered by Give Away Guys, including but not limited to Enter-To-Win and Instant Win Competitions, Daily Draws, Give Away Guys Games, and any future services we may offer (collectively referred to as ‘Service Terms’), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions or any Service Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This Governing Law provision applies to all participants, users, and members engaging with Give Away Guys’s services, irrespective of their geographical location, ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of the legal framework governing their participation and use of our services. 

Daily Draw Competition Terms and Conditions

Prize Draws

By subscribing to our premium membership services, you will be automatically entered into our daily prize draw. One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period and will receive the specified prize for the given promotion. 

Eligibility Requirements

Participation in the Daily Draw is open only to individuals who meet the specified eligibility criteria. Give Away Guys reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants

You may enter the competition for free by tapping the ‘No Purchase Enter for Free’ link at the bottom of any competition

Incomplete/illegible entries will be disqualified.

You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by Give Away Guys)

By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;

Your entry must be received by Give Away Guys prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the draw;

Give Away Guys will not acknowledge receipt of your free entry nor confirm if your answer to the Competition Question is correct;

If the number of paid entries reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, your free entry/entries will not be entered into the draw;

Entrants must have created an account on the Website for the free entry to be processed.

Entry Limitations for Competitions:

The total number of entries that any participant can submit for a single competition is capped at one hundred and ten (110). This applies to all users, regardless of membership status or entry method.

Participants may use a combination of automatic membership entries and free-to-enter manual postal entries, as long as the combined total does not exceed the maximum of one hundred and ten (110) entries per competition. For example, a Standard Membership-level member with 20 automatic entries may submit up to 90 additional postal entries. A Free Membership-level member is entitled to submit a maximum of 110 postal entries.

Entry Tracking and Validation: 

It is the participant’s responsibility to track the number of entries submitted. The Company will monitor entries for adherence to the entry limit. Any entries received beyond this limit will be disregarded and deemed ineligible.

By entering any competition, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these entry limitations. Any attempt to exceed the entry limit may result in disqualification from the competition. 

Changes and Cancellations

Give Away Guys reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or modify the Daily Draw at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Company’s control that affects the integrity of the Daily Draw. 

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period and will be contacted via the email address registered to their account. The winner must respond to the initial contact within 30 days to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in a redraw, and a new winner will be chosen. 

Publicity Rights

By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and any submissions made as part of the Daily Draw for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law.

Intellectual Property of Entries 

Participants grant Give Away Guys a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any content submitted as part of the competition for promotional purposes without further compensation. 

Prize Delivery:

The winner will be contacted within 10 days of accepting the prize to arrange delivery. If the prize is not available immediately, Give Away Guys reserves the right to deliver the prize within twelve weeks of initial contact with the competition winner. In such cases, the winner will be notified in advance. 

Prize Image Disclaimer:

Illustrative Purpose: The images of prizes displayed on Give Away Guys’s website, promotional materials, social media platforms, email communications, and any other marketing channels are for illustrative purposes only. They are intended to provide a general idea of the type and quality of the prizes and do not guarantee the exact appearance, style, colour, or model.

Variation in Actual Prize:

The actual prizes awarded by Give Away Guys may vary in style, colour, design, and specifications from those depicted in the images. This variation can occur due to product updates, availability issues, manufacturer changes, or other factors beyond our control.

Acceptance of Variability: 

By participating in competitions and promotions hosted by Give Away Guys, entrants acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor discrepancies between the prize images shown and the actual prizes awarded. Entrants agree not to hold Give Away Guys liable for any such variations.

No Misrepresentation: 

Give Away Guys endeavors to accurately represent prize offerings. However, prize images are not intended to be a definitive representation. The use of these images is to guide and excite participants about the potential prizes and is not an exact depiction.

Prize Details Confirmation: 

Winners will receive specific details of their prize upon being selected. Any questions or concerns about the prize should be directed to Give Away Guys’s customer service team before accepting the prize. Give Away Guys aims to ensure complete transparency and satisfaction regarding prize details. 

Enter-To-Win and Instant Win Competitions Terms and Conditions

The competition

These terms and conditions apply to all enter-to-win and instant-win competitions listed on https://www.Give Away Guys.uk/ (the “Website”)

All competitions are skill-based competitions and an entry fee may be payable for each entry.

To be eligible to win, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) must correctly answer a question or solve a problem set by Give Away Guys (the “Competition Question”).

How to enter

The competition will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively. All times and dates referred to are the times and dates in London, England.

If absolutely necessary, Give Away Guys reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If Give Away Guys does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the Website.

Give Away Guys must receive all competition entries by the specified time on the Closing Date. Entries received after this time may be disqualified without a refund.

The maximum number of entries to each competition will be stated on the competition. The number of entries you are able to make may be limited if the maximum number of entries is reached.

Give Away Guys will send confirmation that your entry has been received, and your allocated ticket number(s).

Give Away Guys will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

By purchasing entries and submitting a competition entry, you are entering into a contract with Give Away Guys and are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Choosing a winner

By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Give Away Guys may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. If you fail to provide Give Away Guys with any such proof or other information that they may require within a reasonable time, you may be disqualified from the competition.

Give Away Guys will not accept competition entries that are:

Automatically generated by computer; or incomplete.

Give Away Guys reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

No refunds of the entry fee will be given in any event, including;

If, following your entry into the competition, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the competition or claim the Prize;

If, following your entry into the competition, the eligibility criteria for entering the competition or claiming the Prize changes and you are no longer eligible; or

If you are disqualified from the competition by Give Away Guys for any reason.

Entrants can enter each competition as many times as they wish until the maximum number of entries per user has been submitted and until the maximum number of entries for the competition has been received. Entrants submitting free entries must submit each entry separately. Bulk entries, if received, will not be accepted and will only be counted as one single entry. Entries may be limited if the maximum number of entries for the competition is reached.

An Entry will be declared void (without any refund provided) if the Entrant engages in:

any form of fraud (actual or apparent);
fraudulent misrepresentation;
fraudulent concealment;

hacking or interference with the proper functioning of the website; or amending, or unauthorised use of, any of the code that constitutes the website.

 

The prize

The prize for the competition is described on the Website (the “Prize”). Details of the Prize are, to the best of Give Away Guys’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.

Prizes are subject to availability. Give Away Guys reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If any details of the Prize change, Give Away Guys will endeavour to update the Website as soon as reasonably possible.

Give Away Guys makes no representations and gives no warranties about the Prize, its value, its condition or any other information provided on the Website. Give Away Guys makes no representations and gives no warranties that the information provided on the Website is accurate, complete or up to date.

If the Prize is a vehicle:

Give Away Guys will, unless otherwise stated, ensure it comes with a valid MOT (if required);

No insurance is included with the Prize and it is the Winner’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is adequately insured prior to taking it on the public roads (if it is legal to do so);

Give Away Guys has no responsibility for the Prize(s) once it has been delivered/collected. The Winner is solely responsible for complying with all relevant laws and regulations relating to the Vehicle, its operation and ensuring they operate it in a safe and responsible manner;

No vehicle/road tax is included;

The winner is solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary safety equipment and clothing (for example, helmets, boots, and gloves) and for wearing them while operating the vehicle.

Give Away Guys guarantees that all prizes are new for each draw but cannot guarantee Prizes will have a warranty for any breakages after they are handed over.

The Prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”). Details of the Supplier (if any) will be provided on the Website.

Give Away Guys reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative cash prize (“Cash Prize”) equal to the market value sought by Give Away Guys including any original discounts on price. The Cash Prize value will be displayed on each Competition page or available on request. The Prize can be substituted for a Cash Prize in the following circumstances:

The Prize, or a reasonable alternative, becomes unavailable;

Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Give Away Guys make it necessary to do so;

The Winner opts for a Cash Prize instead of the Prize.

If the winner wishes to take a cash prize instead of the vehicle, Give Away Guys will seek the best price from local traders. Any cash values advertised on the website are an estimated price and the cash alternative value will be confirmed at the current trade value of the vehicle at the time of the sale. Give Away Guys may make a reasonable deduction from the sale price to cover the time and administration costs required to undertake the task of securing the best price for the Winner. The winner is under no obligation to accept the cash alternative if they disagree with the amount of the cash alternative. They can accept the vehicle as the prize and then sell it privately.

The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

Winners

The decision of Give Away Guys is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

Give Away Guys will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Draw Date using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed the Prize, within 30 days of the Draw Date Give Away Guys reserves the right to offer the Prize to another Entrant (“The Alternate Winner“) selected at random in the same method as before from the remaining correct entries received before the Closing Date. The Alternate Winner shall have 30 days from notification of their status by Give Away Guys to communicate their acceptance of the Prize. This process shall continue until a winner accepts the Prize.

The above applies to instant win prize winnings, too, whereby there are 30 days to claim a prize. 

Claiming the prize

You must claim the Prize personally. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. Details of how the Prize will be delivered to you (or made available for collection) are published on the Website, or available on request.

If your personal details, including contact information, change at any time, you should notify Give Away Guys as soon as reasonably possible. Notifications should be sent to Give Away Guys via email to customerservice@Give Away Guys.uk. Notifications must include details of the competition you have entered, your old details and your new details. If your details change within 10 days of the Closing Date, Give Away Guys will use your old details if it needs to try to contact you.

Any Cash Prize will be transferred directly to the winner’s Give Away Guys account as a withdrawable site credit.

Give Away Guys does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.

If the Prize is a vehicle and the winner has completed all eligibility checks, the prize will be transferred to the winner by Give Away Guys using the V5 for each vehicle. This must be completed before the vehicle is handed over.

Delivery of the Prize will only be to a UK address. 

Limitation of liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, Give Away Guys, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Give Away Guys, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

Data protection and publicity

By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by Give Away Guys or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition or as otherwise set out in Give Away Guys’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.

If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that Give Away Guys may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Give Away Guys.

If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify Give Away Guys prior to the Closing Date. This will not affect your chances of winning the Prize. If you do not agree to participate in any publicity about the competition, we may still provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority. This is a legal requirement that we must comply with to prove that the competition has been properly administered and the Prize awarded.

If you are the winner of the competition, you may be required to provide further personal information and proof of your identity in order to confirm your eligibility to claim the Prize and transfer ownership of the Prize to you. You consent to the use of your information in this way. You are entitled to request further details about how your personal information is being used. You may also withdraw your consent to your personal information being used in such a way but by doing so you may prevent the Prize being transferred to you. In such circumstances, you will be deemed to have withdrawn from the competition and forfeit the Prize. You will not be entitled to any refund of your entry fee. Give Away Guys reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.

Please note that under data protection laws, you are entitled to request that Give Away Guys does not contact you and remove your details from its database. If you make such a request, you will be withdrawing from the competition, as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if you withdraw from the competition. If you do not wish any of your personal details to be used by Give Away Guys for promotional purposes, please email Give Away Guys at customerservice@Give Away Guys.uk prior to the Closing Date.

While Give Away Guys Games are accessible to all eligible members, Premium members will receive X free game plays each month, which are contingent upon their membership level and account status at the beginning of the billing cycle.

Additional plays can be purchased using site credit in a members’ account. 

Prize Allocation

Give Away Guys commits to the prompt and accurate allocation of site credit winnings to participants’ accounts following the outcome of Give Away Guys Games. This process is automated to ensure immediate crediting under normal operating conditions 

Liability for Delays

Notwithstanding the above, Give Away Guys is not liable for any delays in the allocation of site credit winnings to participants’ accounts. Such delays may result from necessary eligibility verifications, system downtime, or other unforeseen circumstances impacting our platform’s operational capability. 

Disclaiming Compensation

Give Away Guys expressly disclaims any obligation to provide compensation, whether financial or in other forms, for delays encountered in the crediting of site winnings. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from such delays. 

Participant Acknowledgment

By participating in Give Away Guys Games, participants acknowledge and accept that the crediting of site winnings to their accounts may experience delays. Participants understand these measures are in place to maintain the integrity and fairness of all Give Away Guys Games. 

Waiver of Claims

Participants hereby waive any claims against Give Away Guys related to delays in receiving site credit winnings. The sole remedy available to participants for such delays shall be the eventual crediting of the winnings to their Give Away Guys account, as determined appropriate by Give Away Guys. 

Free Plays

Free game plays allocated to Premium members are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used within the month they are allocated. Unused plays will not be rolled over to the next month. 

Pay-to-Play

Participants may purchase additional plays using their site credits. The cost per play and the mechanics of purchasing plays are subject to change and will be communicated through the Give Away Guys platform. 

Utilisation of Site Credit Winnings

Site credits awarded as prizes through Give Away Guys Games are exclusively for use within the Give Away Guys platform and cannot be withdrawn as cash. These credits can be efficiently utilized for participation in any of our Enter-To- Win and Instant Win Competitions, and Give Away Guys Games game play. Please note, that while site credits contribute to enhancing your gameplay and participation, they remain non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary equivalents. 

Limitation of Liability

Withdrawable Site Credit: This type of credit originates from funds that users deposit into their Give Away Guys account, or from cash prizes won in competitions. Non-Withdrawable Site Credit: 

Credits earned through participation in Give Away Guys Games or awarded as non-cash prizes in competitions. These credits are bound to the account for use within the Give Away Guys platform and cannot be converted into cash or withdrawn. 

Acquisition of Site Credits

Site credits can be acquired through direct purchase, winning competitions, Give Away Guys Games prizes or as part of promotional activities conducted by Give Away Guys.

The source of site credit will determine its classification as either withdrawable or non-withdrawable. 

Use of Site Credits 

Both types of site credits can be utilised to enter Give Away Guys’s Enter-To-Win and Instant Win Competitions, as well as other pay-to-play games available on the platform.

Non-withdrawable site Credits are exclusively for on-platform use and cannot be exchanged for cash or other external values.

Conversion and Transfer

Site credits are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be sold or exchanged outside the Give Away Guys platform.

Non-Withdrawable Site Credits cannot be converted into Withdrawable Site Credits. 

Withdrawal of Site Credits

The account holder may withdraw withdrawable site credits subject to Give Away Guys’s withdrawal procedures, including verification processes and adherence to minimum withdrawal amounts.

Withdrawals will be processed to the original payment method used for deposit or as per the user’s instructions within the bounds of Give Away Guys’s withdrawal policy. 

Site Credit Expiration:

Site credits, both withdrawable and non-withdrawable, are subject to expiration if not utilized within specific periods outlined below. The intention behind this policy is to encourage active participation and engagement within the Give Away Guys platform. 

Withdrawable Site Credits:

Withdrawable site credits, typically acquired through direct purchases or as cash prizes, are valid for 6 months from the date they are credited to the user’s account. If these credits remain unused within this timeframe, they may be subject to forfeiture. 

Non-Withdrawable Site Credits:

Non-Withdrawable site credits, often earned through participation in Give Away Guys Games or awarded as part of promotional activities, have a validity period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. The exact duration of validity for these credits is determined at Give Away Guys’s discretion, based on factors including but not limited to:

The nature of the promotional activity, The specific game or competition from which the credits were earned, Seasonal or special event considerations, User engagement and activity levels.

The variance in validity periods for non-withdrawable site credits acknowledges the diverse sources from which these credits can be obtained and allows Give Away Guys to tailor credit expiration in alignment with promotional strategies and platform objectives. 

Account Inactivity:

Accounts showing no signs of activity for a prolonged period, as judged at Give Away Guys’s discretion, risk forfeiture of any remaining site credits. This measure is in place to manage and maintain the health of the Give Away Guys user ecosystem effectively. Accounts deemed inactive will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with users provided notification and a grace period to re-engage before any forfeiture of credits is actioned. 

Notification and Discretion:

Give Away Guys aims to provide users with reasonable notice regarding the expiration of site credits and impending account inactivity assessments. We reserve the right to exercise discretion in extending grace periods, waiving forfeiture, or reinstating expired credits under exceptional circumstances.

Give Away Guys aims to process withdrawal requests within two working days (Mon-Fri). However, processing times may vary due to factors such as bank holidays, the accuracy of the information provided by the user, or the need for additional verification.

Users may be subject to withdrawal fees, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the withdrawal request. Fees may vary based on the withdrawal method selected.
